Once I complete your 1st design, I’ll direct you to a color separation expert to have my design color separate for you.
What is Color Separation?
This is a process of choosing a few colors to represent millions of colors that built up a t-shirt design. It breaks down millions of colors into a few colors that best represent an image when they are printed back together on a t-shirt.
Choosing the best set of colors is extremely crucial in order to produce an excellent print.
Color separation is a specialist technique, you need to hire the right expert to do it for you.
What’s the price for color separations service?
I’ve seen my other customers paying US$350 to separate my design.
When you send my design to printers, though some printers will do it in house for you, but if they’re not an expert in color sep, ( believe me, most printers are not) they’ll get it mess up, and you end up with low quality prints on tees.
I’ll recommend a professional company to do it for you, they’ve been in the industry for 30 years, take my words, you can count on them. To my knowledge, they’re one of the best color separator you can find in the US. When I complete your design, I’ll send you to them.

What if you get great art, great color seps, and terrible printing?
good artwork may not be good artwork on a shirt without quality screen printing.
To help you towards getting some great printing, I will send you to first class printer. I believe this add values to my service.
You see, over the years, I’ve seen some of my customers sending my illustrations to poor printer who cannot deliver.
I hate to see my customers spending a ton of money on getting shirts printed only to have them sit in their home.
At the end, I don’t have repeat business…….
I want to help them find a good printer, get quality prints, sell well, and order more designs from me.
If you’re new to screen printing industry, it may cost you years ( and a lot of money) to find out a good printer who is able to produce great printing of my art on tees.
